Based in property boom town - St Albans, Collinsons are a leading independent estate agent with three offices in Hertfordshire. The company aims to offer a superior level of service based on really knowing about their area and for having a direct, enthusiastic and ethical approach to selling property. In recent years Collinsons had been receiving significantly more enquiries from their internet presence than from the traditional press, and recognized the need to redevelop their website to more accurately reflect their brand values whilst clearly demonstrating their offer - products and services. In a cluttered and extremely competitive market place it was essential their website not only stood out, but could offer web based services that help Collinsons become the ‘online’ Estate Agent of choice.

Our solution

  • This website was designed to be the most comprehensive and useful source of information for buying and selling property in and around St Albans and the surrounding villages.
  • Differentiation was demonstrated by the inclusion of a wealth of information with a range of links about critical local information on issues such as schools admission policies to articles written by experts in their specialist areas covering planning, surveys and conveyancing.
  • The design of the website was developed to be aspirational, contemporary and lifestyle orientated, evocative of the area and property market of Hertfordshire.
  • The back end tools we reconfigured to facilitate the quick and easy management of properties, data collection and marketing opportunities.
