Chicago Rock Café is the perfect chameleon brand with a laid back café bar atmosphere in the day, right up to the ultimate party atmosphere at night. Recognising their venues were the perfect choice for the office Christmas party market – the team at CRC decided to maximize the booking potential by creating an online booking process linked directly from the main Chicago Rock Café website. The brief was to create a venue specific system that enabled customers to pre book tables, order their meals and pay their deposits, all as early as August!
Our solution
- MVG Media created an attractive eye catching micro site that clearly echoed the Christmas marketing material and retained the fun ethos of the brand.
- We developed an intuitive staged online process that clearly led the customer through an ‘easy to use’ step by a step journey. This enabled the customer to know exactly what stage they were at within in the booking process.
- Thinking of the long term – our site was created to easily allow a change of look and feel on a yearly basis ensuring the investment in the system yielded long term results.
- Creation of a new revenue stream, enabling greater forecasting of predicted revenue, turnover and required staffing in levels, well in advance of the seasonal period.
