Web Developer

Role:
To support our team of designers and developers in creating rich internet experiences for our blue chip clients. Working in a young, relaxed environment from our studio in Redbourn, Hertfordshire. Should be enthusiastic, punctual and a good communicator.

Qualifications: 
Degree / HND level in website design and development. (or similar)

Experience:
2 Year commercial experience required.

Skills:
Should be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of proficiency in the following:-
HTML/XHTML, ASP, ASP.NET, CSS, XML, Javascript, Databases (MSSQL / Access), Dreamweaver, Photoshop, BIZTALK, experience of Web content management system.

Bonus Skills:
Flash MX, Actionscript, Illustrator, Freehand. The ability to demonstrate good eye for design would be a distinct advantage.

Graphic Designer

Role:
Although specific web related skills are not essential, you MUST be very web savvy and KNOW what's out there. You should be enthusiastic, a great communicator with an absolute passion for design and have an eye for detail, propotion and colour and know when a composition works! You should have some understanding of useability and accessibility and be able to design good-looking, rational interface designs based on your knowledge.

Qualifications: 
Degree / HND level in design (or similar).

Experience:
No commercial experience required.

Skills:
Should be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of proficiency in the following:-
Photoshop, Freehand or Illustrator. Must show an awareness how design is used on the internet.

Bonus Skills:
Dreamweaver, Flash MX, Actionscript, HTML, CSS.
