We have extended the functionality of this system in 2007 to include 'print creation tools'. Now administration levels can be set to allow specified users the ability to edit online asset in real time. Asset / artwork templates can be locked to retain the brand. The content, including text and images, can can edited via non technical personel and submitted for print via an approval process.

The process...

> log on to system
> choose a template (of advert, stationery, flyer etc.)
> edit / add text (fonts selection restricted in accordance with brand guidlines)
> swap image (either from local disc or from library of available imagery)
> send for approval (to brand central , hq)
> email received by brand central
> link in email to review the artwork online
> if approved then authorise for production (email automatically sent to creator)
> if not approved then notes / reasons why entered into simple online form

Print Creation Tool

Once approved the system will automatically create a high resolution print ready pdf file which can be sent to a designated printed by using quick, easy tools that feature as part of the solution.
